Believing the Bible reveals the nature and character of a Holy God, Donnie’s passion is to share that truth with people everywhere. This simple mission has led him to travel to, or partner with people in, many different places - all over the United States as well as Europe, South America, and the Middle East. Donnie is married to his high school sweetheart, Kristina, and they have two children who love the Lord. A graduate of Dallas Baptist University with dual Master’s Degrees in Leadership and Biblical Studies, Donnie pastored churches in Dallas, St. Louis, and Memphis before coming to The Fellowship in 2009. His ministry includes twelve years in Student Ministry, four years as a Teaching Pastor, and a constant commitment to point people to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Brandon's life mission is to make disciples for the Kingdom. Brandon has been on staff at the Fellowship since 2010. He and his wife, Jules, met at Baylor University where Brandon was getting his Masters of Divinity from Truett Theological Seminary. Brandon did his undergraduate at Texas Tech. He and his wife's first kid is on the way and they have a dog named Ranger. They love building relationships and the pursuit of God.
Campus Pastor - Hutto
Austin’s heartbeat is for all people to experience the loving grace and saving power of Jesus. Austin has an unwavering desire to say yes to God no matter the cost. His unreserved willingness to follow Jesus has provided him with unique experience in many areas of church ministry and missions. Austin is from Waco, Texas, where he claims to have made Waco cool way before the show, “Fixer Upper.” In early 2013, Austin and his bride, Jordanna, felt the call to sell their possessions and move to South Africa. Shortly after their return they moved to Hutto to help plant a second campus for the Fellowship.
With great conviction, Jonathan’s mission is to encourage and lead the Church to respond to the grandeur of God through authentic worship. He studied Music Ministry at Dallas Baptist University and has been leading worship ministries since 2005. He has been at The Fellowship since January, 2011, and his greatest joy is his wife, Kacie, their daughters, and stirring believers’ affections for Christ through music and creative arts.
Worship Leader - Hutto
Craig’s passion and conviction is simple: lead people to respond to the triune God, who He is and what He has done. He strives to lead people in passionate worship that is fueled by deep truth, centered on the gospel and rooted in scripture. His primary tool in chasing this goal is through music and lyric. He has been leading worship for 12 years, and his ministry has allowed him to serve both the local and global church. He studied Ministry and Leadership at Missouri Baptist University, as well as Biblical Studies at Criswell College. He has served at The Fellowship in different capacities since 2010 and continues his ministry beyond church walls as the Craig Rigney Band, leading worship for various events and services.
Tommy and Crystie were college sweethearts and their marriage is still going strong. They have fun together and an important part of their ministry is encouraging married couples. They have three children. Tommy loves teaching the Bible. He has an undergrad degree from Texas State University, a masters degree from Southwestern Seminary, and a doctorate from Gordon-Conwell Seminary. After fifteen years as senior pastor in Hutto, he transitioned to the Round Rock campus when the two churches merged. His goal is to help people take their next step closer to God. Besides dating his wife and playing golf, he enjoys good conversation over a strong cup of coffee.
Student Pastor - RR
David's passion is to see students know, love, and worship God through a transforming relationship with Jesus Christ. David grew up in Amarillo, TX and graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.A. in Communication Studies before earning his M.Div from Truett Theological Seminary. Having served in student ministry for almost a decade, David has pastored students in Lubbock, Waco, and Plano before joining the staff of The Fellowship in 2015. David and his wife Ashley spend their weekends chasing around their two children, Ava and Benjamin. In his "spare time," you can find David drinking coffee and geeking out about student ministry at The Youth Ministry Blog.
Associate Student Pastor
Brian's passion is to see people understand the Gospel and passionately pursue Jesus. Growing up in the DFW area where his father and mother were both serving in ministry, it was only a matter of time before Brian followed God’s call on his life to minister within the local body. With more than twenty years of logistics experience in the business world, mixed with his heart for the church, brings a lot to the table as the Associate Youth Pastor at The Fellowship. Brian became part of the church staff in January of 2014, but he and his wife Sumitra, and their daughters Mackenzie and Sidney, have been attending the Fellowship since 2009.
Student Pastor - Hutto
Mike’s volunteer service with the student ministry at the Round Rock campus from 2010-2015 leaves little doubt as to his commitment to bringing students to faith and guiding them in the pursuit of a consistent and deeply committed relationship with Christ. Fifteen years of “real world” challenges in the sales and service industries, make him no stranger to the moral dilemmas confronting students currently and in their none-too-distant futures. Mike and his wife, Ericka have two sons, Sawyer and Rhyder.
Children's Ministry Director - RR
Kristy has been teaching elementary-aged children at The Fellowship since 2005. She taught in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade classes, and served as Elementary Coordinator from September 2010, until taking her current position in September 2012. A native of Austin who’s passionate about teaching children, she earned her degree in Elementary Education from the University of Texas, then taught in Austin ISD and Round Rock ISD before bringing her husband, David, their three girls, and her energy and gifts to The Fellowship.
Kristina became a follower of Christ at the young age of 8. She is passionate about showing people that God loves them, and has a BIG purpose for their lives. She knows life with God is a daily adventure and loves sharing that with kids and their parents as they learn who God is. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Donnie, and they have two children who love the Lord. She loves Jesus, her family, and serving both!!!
Vikki has been volunteering/teaching preschool and elementary aged children at The Fellowship since 2010 and became Pre-School Coordinator in March of 2014. She obtained her Masters in Education at Azusa Pacific University and has been a teacher for over 16 years, educating Pre-K to 5th grade students. Married with 2 amazing boys, her family moved to Austin area in 2008 and quickly plugged into the wonderful church family that is The Fellowship. She is excited to see God's plan unfold for the children at The Fellowship and considers it an amazing blessing to share God's love with them.
Academy Director - RR
Dawn has been with The Fellowship since 1998, serving and investing in the lives of children in every area of Children’s Ministry. She loves teaching and loves to see kids grow in their knowledge of the Lord. She taught at Fellowship Christian Academy faithfully for years while earning her Master’s in Education in 2007. That, combined with her leadership, elevated her to Children’s Ministries Director in 2009, a role she faithfully served in until 2012. With the support of her husband, Jeff, and their two boys, she can now focus her gifts on making the Academy the best in Round Rock.
Academy Director - Hutto
Joanna has been at the Fellowship since 2000, after relocating from Fort Wayne, Indiana. She has worn many hats since being at The Fellowship, from preschool teacher, preschool team lead, Life Group leader, with her husband Barry, to most recently Assistant Director at the Preschool Academy. Prior to being a stay at home mom to her two daughters, Madelyn and Kennedy, Joanna studied criminal justice at Sam Houston State University. She is looking forward to seeing all that God has planned for the new adventure at The Fellowship Preschool Academy in Hutto.
